Dim Sum

Made it to Plano in great time and after a short respit we went to eat Dim Sum (what the heart wants) at Maxim Restaurant. We were the first there and the food was fresh and amazing. After packing ourselves full we ran across this Terra Cotta Soldier and took a photo opp.

Sunday Morning

Sunday morning at the ISOYA Spring Intensive finds Dianne and Rosalie working hard as chefs. The bon-fire was perfect again as was the weather last night. After a long day of double forward stepping and posting practice, all the students were ready for Sifu Chin’s famous plum sauce pork chops and gai lan (Chinese brocoli). I also received a wonderful gift from students of White Lion – a beautiful display box with a comatose knife mounted inside and signatures from the students. Thanks so much to all. Today will be lots of Mok Yee Pai work…
